The Weather
Everyone thinks that it rains all the time in England, well it does! We have more rainy overcast days than I care to remember. The weather is fairly similar all year round though, we do not get the very cold weather in the winter or very hot weather in the summer. In fact on average it stays between 40F and 70F most of the time, although the temparature is measured in centigrade. The weather is usually a little colder the further North you go, it is consistantly very overcast and damp everywhere.

As a rule though the British have learned to deal with their weather the best way they can, by keeping their umbrellas and rain jackets close to them at all times!
